This position will be assisting and maintaining the quality and accuracy of import entries. Furthermore the position handles requests for missing information and ensures that all data is accurate. Key ResponsibilitiesProvide the highest level of customer service to clients vendors and service providers in acquiring the proper import Certificates of Origin and other documentation to confirm eligibility to Free Trade and update PGA records in entries and database with knowledge of PGA reporting assigned files to ensure accuracy and instructions are with operations department in maintaining of client team leader in training of team members as clients and reporting of any issues to Team Leader/ all shipments are entered in accordance with the US Federal Code of as required in all Departmental responsibilities as ResponsibilitiesN/AJob detailsReports to Team LeaderPermanentOperationsFull-time/Part-timeUSRemote/Hybrid/Office Required Qualifications and Experience High school diploma or 2 years of experience in US Customs 1 year of experience in quality knowledge of HTS MS Office DemandsOccasionally bend squat kneel reach above shoulder and frequently sit handle objects (manual dexterity) use fine finger movement. Occasionally must carry/lift loads of up to 15 lbs. Work Environment Frequently read/comprehend write perform calculations communicate orally reason and analyze.
