QUALITY CONTROL MANAGER MACHINE PARTS
Position Overview
We are seeking experienced Quality Control Managers to oversee quality operations and lead quality assurance efforts at our West Chester Pennsylvania facility. This is a leadership role with responsibility for quality standards compliance and team management. Multiple shifts available.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee quality control operations and inspections
- Develop and implement quality control procedures and standards
- Conduct audits and ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and ISO 13485
- Lead quality assurance team and provide direction
- Review blueprints and technical specifications
- Identify quality issues and implement corrective actions
- Maintain detailed quality records and documentation
- Work with production teams to resolve quality concerns
Requirements
- 5 years quality control/assurance experience
- Proficiency with quality inspection tools and equipment
- Strong blueprint reading and GD&T knowledge
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 standards
- Leadership and communication skills
- Bachelors degree in Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience)
Compensation
- Hourly Rate: $32.75 $45.00/hour
- Annual Equivalent: $65000 $90000/year
- Full benefits package
- Shift differential for 2nd shift
