Pay Schedule & Travel

• Starting pay: $15-$16per hour based on experience
• Hours may vary from day to day depending on operational needs
• Own vehicle required
• Auto Allowance up to $200 per month

What Youll Do

• Inspect buildings to ensure cleaning is completed properly
• Beaccountable for quality follow up and reporting issues
• Help cover cleaning duties when staff are absent
• Travel betweenmultiple locations as needed
• Support and guide custodial staff
• Manage distribute and deliver cleaning supplies and equipment to other locations
• Track inventory and ensure all sites are properly stocked
• Perform regular cleaning and floor care tasks as required

Driving Requirement

• Must be able to drive between locations to deliver supplies and perform every day tasks
• Valid drivers license with a good driving record required

• Good driving record own vehicle for driving to and from locations
• Personal cell phone required for timekeeping.

Pre-Employment Requirements

• Employment is contingent upon successfully passing a criminal background check.

• Fingerprint-based background screening may be required for certain customer locations and contracts.

• Must possess a valid drivers license and maintain an acceptable driving record.

• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to walk stand and move throughout customer facilities for extended periods.

• Ability to regularly climb stairs and inspect multiple areas of customer sites.

• Ability to bend stoop kneel crouch and reach as needed during facility inspections and operational reviews.

• Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally.

• Ability to operate a computer mobile device and other standard office equipment.

• Ability to work in a variety of environments including office buildings schools industrial facilities healthcare settings and outdoor areas as required.

• Ability to travel frequently and safely operate a motor vehicle throughout Texas.

• Must be able to respond to operational emergencies and work flexible hours including evenings weekends and occasional overnight travel as business needs require.
