Always Best Care Senior Services is looking for a compassionate energetic and organized Quality Care Coordinator to help ensure our clients and families receive an outstanding care experience.

• Build Relationships: Develop strong connections with clients families and caregivers.
• Ensure Quality Care: Conduct in-home assessments reassessments and quality assurance visits.
• Keep Clients Happy: Proactively address concerns and ensure exceptional service.
• Help Clients Thrive: Identify changing care needs and recommend additional services when appropriate.
• Support Growth: Conduct client consultations follow up on inquiries and help welcome new clients.
• Coordinate Care: Work closely with our operations and caregiver teams to ensure seamless service.

• Experience in home care senior care care coordination or a related field preferred.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• A proactive positive and solutions-oriented personality.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable conducting in-home visits and discussing care services.
• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.

• Competitive Pay: $25$28 per hour.
