Job Summary

A growing manufacturing company is seeking an experiencedQA/QC Manager to lead its Quality Control department. This role is responsible for ensuring products meet customer requirements company standards and applicable industry codes while driving continuous improvement across manufacturing operations.
- Lead and develop the Quality Control team.
- Develop and maintain quality systems inspection procedures and quality standards.
- Ensure compliance with customer specifications andASME Boiler & Pressure Vessel Code (BPVC) requirements.
- Oversee inspection and testing activities throughout the manufacturing process.
- Maintain quality documentation including inspection reports material certifications traceability records NCRs and Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs).
- Coordinate inspections with customers third-party inspectors and authorized inspection agencies.
- Ensure welding and fabrication activities comply with approved procedures (WPS PQR WPQ).
- Support NDT/NDE activities investigate quality issues perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with Production Engineering and Supply Chain to improve product quality and reliability.
- Bachelors degree in Engineering Manufacturing Quality or a related field preferred.
- 5 years of QA/QC experience in manufacturing fabrication or industrial environments.
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience.
- Experience withASME pressure vessel fabrication and code compliance is preferred.
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings specifications and technical documents.
- ASME BPVC (Section VIII & IX)
- WPS PQR and WPQ documentation
- NDT/NDE inspection methods
- Material traceability and quality documentation
- Root cause analysis and corrective actions
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a manufacturing environment.
