Responsibilities
Perform inspections and quality checks on tool installations and materials.
Verify compliance with NFPA 70 and 70E OEM specifications drawings and Client quality standards.
Document findings non-conformances and corrective actions.
Assist with root cause analysis and process improvement initiatives.
Use measurement tools and test equipment to validate work quality.
Maintain accurate QA logs reports and documentation.
Participate in safety meetings and follow all cleanroom and PPE requirements.
Strong communication skills.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; Valid and Active TDLR Journey worker Electrical License.
Advanced understanding of quality principles NFPA 70 and 70E OEM documentation and inspection/testing techniques.
Ability to read technical drawings and specifications.
Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
Experience in cleanroom or semiconductor environments is a plus.
Proficiency with measurement tools (calipers multi-meters micro-ohmmeters megohmmeters gauges).
Preferred Experience:
5 years as a Journeyman electrician level or better.
Computer skills: Strong MS Office SharePoint a plus.
Previous QA inspection or technician experience in industrial or high-tech settings.
Familiarity with ISO 9001 or similar quality systems.
