Summary:Enters jobs for reprocessing through the lab using the Innovations program based on tray priority and sorts rejected jobs as required for section breakage analysis. Assists in conducting process verification and production and maintains area for Breakage Entry and performs general daily and weekly Class and PayPay Class: Full TimePay: $15.60 - $16.90 per hourEssential Responsibilities:Prioritize tray processing flow as dictated by tray color or worksheet backlogged tray flow processing using FIFO (First In First Out) correct documents are in physical Breakage-to-Breakage Slip sort and separate trays for further breakage data using Innovations software print new work order prepare tray for further to communicate and escalate with peers and and maintain the cleanliness of all equipment workstations and overall and comply with all requirements of our Quality Management System(QMS) as well as regulations promoting a safe and healthy work place environmentVerify scan out and wrap uncut jobs from surface inspection to be shipped to process check verification for variables data based on Manufacturing Process Control Plan and record results production data on production boards perform section start and end counts as all jobs are correctly scanned wrapped and sorted for shipping to : High School Diploma GED or equivalent work experience preferredExperience & Background:One (1) to three (3) years of related manufacturing experience preferredLanguage Skills:Ability to read English in order to interpret documents such as safety rules operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals Mathematical Skills:Ability General mathematical skills to include basic adding subtracting multiplication and divisionReasoning AbilityAbility to think logically in following procedures and instructionGeneral problem solving abilitiesExhibit sound and accurate judgment and demonstrate accuracy and thoroughnessEssential Responsibilities related to Physical Demands/Work Environment:The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an associate to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
