You will be the champion of person-directed care ensuring our residents receive high-quality dignified treatment while maintaining strict adherence to state and federal health ResponsibilitiesQuality Assurance & Performance Improvement (QAPI):Chair the QAPI and Falls committees; develop data-driven initiatives for falls wound care and restorative & Assessment:Lead the interdisciplinary team in the MDS process; coordinate comprehensive RN assessments and ensure accurate timely electronic submissions to state Prevention:Manage the infection prevention program analyze health data and provide essential education to healthcare staff in collaboration with the Staff Development -Centered Care:Foster an environment supporting the six dimensions of wellness (physical social emotional intellectual vocational and spiritual).Leadership:Serve as a clinical resource for staff investigate care-related concerns and act as a backup to the Nurse :Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in good :35 years of nursing experience in long-term care including at leastone year of supervisory :Infection Control Certification (Required).Current CPR Certification (Required).AANAC Certification (must be completed within the first 6 months of employment).Skills:Proficient in MDS computerized programs and standard office software; strong leadership interpersonal and communication :Deep understanding of general nursing principles and state/federal health regulations.
