Hartville OH 2nd Shift $15-$17/hr

Are you detail-oriented and passionate about quality Were looking for a Quality Assurance Inspector to join our team on 2nd shift! If you have experience in plastic injection molding and take pride in ensuring products meet the highest standards wed love to hear from you.

What Youll Do:

• Perform quality inspections and first-piece evaluations to ensure products meet specifications.
• Work closely with machine operators providing guidance and support on quality standards and procedures.
• Monitor materials packaging and production processes for accuracy and consistency.
• Identify quality issues assist with problem-solving and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Help maintain a safe organized and quality-focused production environment.

What Youll Bring:

• At least 1 year of manufacturing experience in plastic injection molding (required).
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify quality concerns.
• Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
• A commitment to producing high-quality work every day.
