Quality Assurance Inspector 3rd Shift

Responsibilities:

• Implement and support various GMP regulations with primary focus on process inspections of manufacturing assembly and packaging processes
  
• Complete Incoming Quality Checks and record results
  
• Communicate issues/failures with the line supervisors and QA Manager
  
• Review and approve batch records line clearance and 1st quality checks/ samples
  
• Accurately document weights and measurements to ensure they meet P & C guidelines
  
• Release product and finished goods
  
• Other duties as deemed necessary
  

• Ability to perform record inspections and observations accurately prepare present records and reports and observe safety precautions and regulations such as GMPs
  
• Working knowledge of Word and Excel
  
• Demonstrate ability to work under pressure with accuracy and efficiency
  
• Ability to evaluate quality control and quality assurance statistics
  
• Must be able to read write and speak fluent English
  
• Must be able to work in a warehouse/manufacture setting
  
• Must be able to stand for long periods of timeMust be able to lift 25-30 lbs
  
• Must be able to handle strong odors
