Job Summary

STAFFXPERT LLC is seeking a Quality Assurance Engineer on behalf of our client in Denver CO. We are looking for a detail-oriented QA professional with experience in manual and automated testing to ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Agile methodologies software testing best practices and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop execute and maintain test plans test cases and test scripts.

• Perform functional regression system integration UI and load testing.

• Execute both manual and automated testing to validate software quality and performance.

• Verify applications against business and functional requirements.

• Identify document track and assist in resolving software defects and configuration issues.

• Collaborate with developers business analysts and project stakeholders throughout the development lifecycle.

• Support release validation user acceptance testing and production readiness activities.

• Recommend and implement improvements to QA processes testing standards and automation practices.

• Contribute to continuous quality improvement initiatives within Agile development teams.

Required Qualifications

• 4 6 years of experience in Quality Assurance and Software Testing.

• Strong understanding of Agile development methodologies and SDLC.

• Hands-on experience with manual and automated testing.

• Proficiency in JavaScript and JSON.

• Experience working with IBM DB2 UDB databases.

• Strong analytical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent written verbal and interpersonal communication skills.

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field or equivalent professional experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with test automation frameworks and tools.

• Familiarity with software release management and defect tracking processes.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced collaborative Agile environment.

• Passion for delivering reliable high-quality software solutions.
