Job Summary
Nesco Resource is currently seeking Quality Assurance Coordinators for an Automotive Finishing Facility in Dearborn MI.
These are immediate-start contract-to-hire positions at a company that offers many growth opportunities.
Pay: 19.40/hr. Rate includes 7.5% shift premium
Shift Available:
- C Crew: Fridays/Saturdays 4:00 am-2:45 pm AND Sundays/Mondays 2:45 pm - 12:45 am
- Shifts can extend up to 12 hours!
The position of Quality Assurance Coordinator is to verify the quality process to ensure a world-class quality product is being installed on customer vehicles. Responsible for ensuring compliance with work instructions travelers and other documentation as required. Responsible for maintaining a safe work environment while maintaining compliance with all environmental health & safety policies and procedures current attendance program and disciplinary action program.
Job tasks include but are not limited to:
- Complete QA check-sheets first off and critical vehicle inspection points
- Inspect incoming and finished products of completed vehicles
- Utilize RF scanner and computers to log items into database
- Conduct audits to ensure all work in process is properly tagged in accordance with procedures and instructions
- Tag any non-conforming product and separated from the production area
- Valid Drivers License required
- 3 years of Automotive Manufacturing preferably in a quality role
- Minimum grade 12 education or equivalent is preferred
