- Under direction independently designs and conducts studies and reviews to determine policy effectiveness
system improvements and developments. - Provides technical assistance and advice for sections within the Medical Programs Division.
- Reviews and analyzes bulletins proposed letters affected Federal regulations and procedure manuals for the
programs. - Designs and develops specialized computer reports regarding the programs.
- Confers with agency operation staff managers and other state agency staff to facilitate the completion of studies.
- Performs other duties as required of assigned which are reasonably within the scope of the duties enumerated
above.
- Requires knowledge skill and mental development equivalent to completion of four (4) years of college supplemented by
a masters degree in business or public administration with coursework in areas such as economic theory accounting and
finance organizational theory and operations research. - Requires three (3) years of progressively responsible professional experience in management operations analysis.
- Three (3) years of experience working with the application and conduct of management studies.
- Three (3) years of experience working with electronic data processing operations and the manner they are utilized in
operations analysis. - One (1) year of experience working in a quality assurance program for a public or private organization.
- One (1) year of experience analyzing problems and developing a system of action.
- One (1) year of experience utilizing the concepts and techniques of operations research to develop research projects.
- Requires completion of a background check and self-disclosure of criminal history.
- Requires the ability to utilize and maintain state issued equipment such as a laptop.
