Contract Duration: 12 Months (with possible extension)
Location: Hybrid 3 days onsite 2 days remote (Candidate must reside in SC or relocate prior to start)

About the Role

We are seeking a Quality Assurance Analyst Advanced to work on complex change-oriented projects in a healthcare-focused environment. This position offers opportunities to work on challenging initiatives contribute to meaningful improvements and collaborate with supportive teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop test plans QA processes and test cases for product management and software development teams.

  • Design and execute user interface and regression testing.

  • Test applications for reliability stability and usability.

  • Lead quality assessments to identify defects vulnerabilities and areas for optimization.

  • Create and execute automated testing scripts and oversee deployment of tests.

  • Document quality assurance results reports and governance compliance.

  • Maintain databases of defects user feedback and functional improvements.

  • Collaborate with development teams to recommend performance and efficiency solutions.

  • Perform reviews walkthroughs and inspections to ensure governance adherence.

Required Skills
  • 3 years translating business requirements/policies into test cases and scenarios.

  • 3 years building test cases/scenarios in test systems.

  • 2 years of experience testing IBM Curam software.

  • Strong documentation skills for test scenarios/cases and execution activities.

  • Ability to clearly communicate and publish test results defects and gaps to development teams.

Preferred Skills
  • 5 years of large enterprise or e-business systems experience.

  • Deep understanding of healthcare operations (preferably Medicaid).

  • Proficiency with Atlassian tools (JIRA Confluence).

  • Experience working in both Waterfall SDLC and Agile delivery models.

Education & Certifications
  • Required: Bachelors degree in technical business or related field (or equivalent experience).

  • Preferred: Technical or Project Management certifications (e.g. PMP ISTQB).
