How youll contribute:

As a Registered Nurse Quality Analyst you will support performance improvement initiatives by collecting and analyzing clinical data identifying trends and helping ensure compliance with organizational goals and regulatory standards.

• Collect review and analyze clinical data to identify trends and quality opportunities.

• Prepare reports and presentations that communicate quality outcomes and improvement priorities.

• Partner with physicians clinical teams and informatics to improve care processes documentation and compliance.

• Support performance improvement initiatives aligned with regulatory requirements and evidence-based standards.

• Educate staff on quality measures regulatory updates and performance improvement practices.

• Participate in quality meetings committee presentations and new employee orientation.

• Monitor departmental compliance and support operational needs including budgets contracts vendors and supplies.

• Assess patient care quality and coordinate with care teams to support safe effective outcomes.

• Provide direct patient care when needed.

Job Requirements

• Associate degree required and bachelors degree preferred.

• Required Current licensure as a Registered Nurse

• Minimum Work Experience: Three (3) to five (5) years diverse clinical practice in an acute care environment required.

• Critical thinking skills decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision.

• Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.
