As a Qualified Professional youll support individuals receiving Innovations Waiver and State Funded Services by:

• Advocating for the people we serve and helping them achieve their goals
• Developing and monitoring individualized service plans
• Providing guidance and supervision to direct support staff
• Participating in ISP meetings and collaborating with families and care teams
• Ensuring compliance documentation accuracy and quality service delivery
• Building strong community partnerships and serving as a resource for stakeholders

Candidates must meet one of the following requirements:

• Bachelors degree in a related human services field and 2 years of full-time IDD experience; or
• Bachelors degree in an unrelated field and 4 years of full-time IDD experience; or
• Masters degree in a related human services field and 1 year of full-time IDD experience.

Base pay is determined by factors such as work location experience job-related skills and relevant education or addition to base pay total compensation may include various other forms of pay.
