Firehouse Subs is seeking an experienced people-focused District Manager to oversee approximately 5 high-performing locations across the Austin area. What Youll Do
As our District Manager youll be the driving force behind your markets success. You will:
Lead mentor and develop 5 General Managers and their teams
Ensure operational excellence across all locations
Drive sales growth traffic and profitability
Deliver top-tier guest service and uphold brand standards
Optimize labor food cost scheduling and inventory management
Implement company initiatives and execute training programs
Foster a positive culture that supports engagement retention and high performance
Analyze performance metrics and create action plans for continuous improvement
Support new store openings remodels and ongoing brand development
What Were Looking For
2 years of multi-unit restaurant leadership experience (QSR or Fast Casual preferred)
Strong ability to coach motivate and hold teams accountable
Proven track record of improving operations and achieving sales goals
Excellent communication leadership and problem-solving skills
A hands-on people-first management style
Ability to travel between Austin-area stores regularly
Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
