Job Description:
Own overall QA delivery for the PIE program. Lead test strategy execution reporting and client coordination for functional automation performance and chaos testing.
Key Responsibilities
- Define end-to-end QA strategy for voice ordering group ordering and Pie API workflows
- Lead test planning estimations execution tracking and risk management
- Own JIRA test management defect triage and RCA with client stakeholders
- Review automation coverage (API) performance and chaos test results
- Provide weekly status reports and Phase 1 QA summary
- Coordinate with Dev Infra and Product teams
Required Skills
- 10 years in QA with strong leadership experience
- API testing and automation oversight (Loadmill preferred)
- Experience with mobile backend and integration testing
- Strong understanding of performance and resiliency testing concepts
- Client-facing communication skills
- JIRA and Confluence expertise
