QC Inspector - 2nd Shift

- Inspection documentation and reporting including data entry and basic spreadsheet use
What Youll Do
- Visually and physically inspect products at multiple stages of the manufacturing process to catch defects before they move down the line
- Measure and test products against dimensional specs and drawing requirements
- Record inspection results and flag non-conforming product with clear documentation
- Assist in identifying root causes of defects using basic problem-solving methods
- Use hand tools and measurement instruments - calipers micrometers height gauges and more
- Keep your work area organized and safe as part of daily 6S responsibilities
- May operate a forklift as needed
What We Need From You
- 6 months to 1 year of inspection or quality experience in a manufacturing production or assembly environment
- Comfortable reading drawings specs and work orders
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/move throughout a full shift
- Basic computer skills - Word Excel Outlook
- High school diploma or GED
Bonus If You Have
- ASQC or other quality certification
- Experience with root cause analysis tools (5-Whys fishbone A3)
- Forklift certification
