Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve coffee beverages including lattes cappuccinos and espressos.
• Greet customers take orders and answer menu-related questions.
• Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness in the work area and clean equipment.
• Follow health and safety guidelines for food and beverage handling.
• Assist with food preparation (e.g. sandwiches or pastries).
• Upsell additional products or promotions.
• Collaborate with team members for efficient operations.
