What Youll Do

• Perform daily QA/QC inspections of fiber and copper cabling installations
  
• Verify installations meet project drawings customer requirements and industry standards
  
• Inspect rack elevations cable routing labeling testing and terminations
  
• Document deficiencies and track corrective actions
  
• Review testing documentation and turnover packages
  
• Work closely with project managers field supervisors and installation teams to maintain quality throughout the project
  

Requirements

What Were Looking For

• 3 years of QA/QC experience in structured cabling or data center construction
  
• Strong understanding of fiber optic and copper cabling systems
  
• Experience reading construction drawings and rack elevations
  
• Working knowledge of ANSI/TIA standards and BICSI best practices
  
• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30
  
• Excellent documentation and communication skills
  
• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
  

Preferred

• BICSI Installer 2 or Technician
  
• Hyperscale or colocation data center experience
  
• Experience with Procore PlanGrid or similar software
  
• Fiber testing experience (OTDR Power Meter)
