QAQC Analyst, PMO

What Youll Do:

• Perform QAQC on Site Specific Traffic Control Plans Caltrans permitting utility exhibits and the additional supporting engineered justification documents such as Design Standard Decision Document and Encroachment Policy Exception for proposed utility work requiring Caltrans permitting.
• Seeking someone with experience and knowledge of traffic control CADOT Caltrans permitting requirements very detail oriented organized with overall understanding and background of construction and utility work.

Hybrid- Northern/Central CA Preferred (PG&E Territory)

Hybrid about 10% travel for possible meetings no expectation for days in office

Required Qualifications:

• 2 years of experience in utility engineering field Project Coordination Analysis Drafting

• Engineering design background

• Experience in gas and electric utilities

• Knowledge of TCPs (CADOT)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Caltrans permitting experience or knowledge

• Construction background

• SAP Excel Salesforce Microsoft Platforms etc.

In this role you are enabled to be at the forefront of integrating artificial intelligence (AI) and utilizing tools such as Microsoft Copilot bespoke AI workflow tools and an IT team dedicated to continuous improvement and innovation to enhance our operations and drive efficiency. Benefits & Salary:

• This position pays between $87000 - $117000 annually depending on education and experience level and is an exempt position. The specific amount within this range will be influenced by the work location and various factors such as internal equity professional skills work experience and pertinent education or training.
• Benefits offered include company sponsored medical dental vision and 401(k) plan with company match. Also offered are tuition reimbursement voluntary life disability critical illness accident and hospitalization plans. HSA or FSA medical accounts and FSA dependent care and transportation/parking accounts are also available. These benefits are subject to employee contribution amounts generally set annually.
• Full time employees are eligible to earn PTO hours.
• May be eligible for discretionary bonus as determined by the company.
