Job Description:
We are seeking a hands-on QA Test Automation Engineer to support a large-scale insurance transformation program. Working alongside senior testing leadership you will help develop automated testing solutions execute test cases and contribute to the successful delivery of high-quality technology outcomes.
This role is ideal for someone with strong test automation capabilities who enjoys hands-on testing and wants to deepen their experience within complex enterprise environments.
- Develop maintain and execute automated test scripts using Selenium and similar automation tools within established testing frameworks.
- Execute manual and automated testing activities documenting results and supporting defect resolution.
- Support test design test execution environment validation and quality assurance activities throughout the project lifecycle.
- Collaborate closely with senior QA leadership and project teams to ensure successful delivery of testing objectives.
- Contribute to expanding automation coverage while supporting business-critical manual testing efforts.
Requirements
Basic Qualification:
- 6 years of experience performing software testing and quality assurance activities within enterprise technology environments.
- 6 years of experience developing and executing automated test scripts using Selenium and comparable automation tools.
- 6 years in automated & manual testing writing and executing scripts on Selenium software testing QA etc
- Understanding of test design test execution defect management and quality assurance best practices.
- Experience working effectively within small teams and contributing across multiple testing responsibilities.
- Ability to support both automated and manual testing efforts in environments where a blended testing approach is required.
Desired Qualification:
- Insurance industry experience.
- Group Insurance or Worksite Insurance experience.
- Life Insurance experience.
- FAST platform experience.
- Experience supporting transformation migration or modernization initiatives.
