Job Summary
Job Title:QA Tester
Location: Washington D.C(Hybrid or remote work model subject to customer direction)
Project Duration: 10 12 months.
Need to have or obtain Moderate Risk Public Trust / MBI
Role Summary
QA Testers will execute test cases and validate IVR application functionality during migration integration and release activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute functional regression integration and UAT test cases
- Validate IVR workflows prompts and conversational logic
- Document and track defects and test results
- Participate in sprint testing and release validation
- Support bilingual English/Spanish testing scenarios where applicable
- Collaborate with developers and QA leads to resolve issues
Required Skills & Experience
- Experience in application or IVR testing
- Familiarity with contact center or telephony workflows preferred
- Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
- Experience with defect tracking tools
- Ability to work in Agile delivery environments
Preferred Qualifications
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
- Experience in public sector or regulated environments
