- Sunday Wednesday Thursday Friday Saturday
- 5:00 PM to 1:30 AM
- Monday and Tuesday Off
- Must be flexible with schedule changes and available for overtime as needed

What Youll Do
As a Plant Quality Control Technician you will play a critical role in maintaining product quality by:
- Collecting product samples and performing laboratory testing.
- Conducting microbiological chemical physical and organoleptic testing.
- Plating reading documenting and recording laboratory results accurately.
- Maintaining detailed quality records and performing data entry.
- Following Quality Control Hold procedures for out-of-specification products.
- Calibrating laboratory equipment and assisting with troubleshooting.
- Following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and quality protocols.
- Monitoring quality trends and communicating findings to supervisors.
- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives throughout the facility.
- Assisting with plant sanitation and maintaining 5S standards.
- Meeting daily with production leadership to review quality concerns.
- Performing additional quality-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Were looking for candidates who have:
- Bachelors degree in Food Science Biology Microbiology or another related science or
- At least two years of experience in a similar Quality Control or laboratory environment.
- Knowledge of microbiological chemical physical and sensory testing methods.
- Strong analytical organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working with laboratory testing equipment and calibration.
- Computer proficiency with Windows-based applications.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Commitment to workplace safety and quality standards.
Physical & Work Environment
Candidates must be able to:
- Lift up to 50 pounds.
- Work in cold refrigerated production areas.
- Work in a loud manufacturing environment.
- Learn new procedures and laboratory techniques quickly.
- Maintain excellent attention to detail while working independently.
Training
Selected candidates will complete required Alchemy Safety Training before beginning work.
