QA Data Review Associate

In this position youll review laboratory reports scientific data protocols and quality records to ensure accuracy completeness traceability and compliance with established procedures and regulatory requirements. Youll work closely with laboratory and quality teams to identify and resolve discrepancies support quality systems such as CAPAs and change controls and help maintain the high standards our clients expect.

What Youll Do

• Review laboratory reports data packages and supporting documentation for accuracy completeness and compliance.
• Partner with scientific teams to identify communicate and resolve data discrepancies or quality concerns.
• Support quality system activities including CAPA investigations change controls training records and procedural updates.
• Review protocols methods reports and SOPs to ensure alignment with regulatory and client requirements.
• Evaluate corrective actions and assess potential compliance impacts.
• Communicate findings effectively with laboratory personnel and clients when needed.
• Monitor quality metrics and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
• Maintain a strong commitment to safety accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Perform additional quality-related responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications :

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Chemistry Biology Biochemistry Pharmaceutical Science Chemical Engineering or a related scientific discipline.
• Ability to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship requirements.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to learn new processes quickly and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Additional Information :

Position is full-time position Monday - Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm. Candidates currently living within a commutable distance of Columbia MO are encouraged to apply.
