Job Description
Develop and maintain automated test scripts for functional regression and performance testing.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into test cases.
Identify document and track defects using appropriate tools.
Execute automated tests and analyze results to ensure software quality.
Participate in code reviews and provide feedback on testability and quality aspects.
Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies to enhance overall efficiency.
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in QA automation.
Provide training and support to team members on QA automation tools and practices.
Mandatory Skills:
Strong knowledge of QA methodologies and processes.
Proficiency in automation testing tools such as Selenium JUnit TestNG or similar.
Experience with scripting languages such as Python Java or JavaScript.
Familiarity with CI/CD tools and practices.
Ability to analyze complex systems and identify potential issues.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Experience with performance testing tools like JMeter or LoadRunner.
Knowledge of API testing and tools such as Postman or SoapUI.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and working in Agile teams.
Understanding of database testing and SQL.
Experience with version control systems like Git.
Minimum 4 Years of banking domain experience.
