PURSUITS MANAGER

As the Pursuits Manager you will be responsible for leading and managing the pursuit process for new business opportunities. This includes identifying potential clients developing and implementing pursuit strategies and coordinating with internal teams to ensure successful execution of pursuits.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and research potential clients and business opportunities in the pediatric healthcare market

- Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling proposals and presentations

- Manage the pursuit process from initial contact to contract negotiation and closure

- Maintain a pipeline of potential opportunities and track progress

- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform pursuit strategies

- Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on pursuit activities and progress

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field

- Proven track record of successfully securing new business and meeting sales targets

- Strong understanding of the pursuit process and experience developing pursuit strategies

- Excellent communication and presentation skills

- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal teams

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
