Schedule: Hybrid (Tuesday-Thursday in office Monday & Friday remote)

Were seeking a Purchasing Specialist to join our team and play a key role in supporting purchasing and procurement activities across the this role youll collaborate with internal stakeholders and suppliers to ensure materials and services are sourced efficiently cost-effectively and aligned with business needs.
This position offers the opportunity to gain experience in procurement supplier management purchasing operations contract administration and SAP while supporting a dynamic manufacturing organization. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver with strong analytical skills excellent communication abilities and a commitment to delivering exceptional service to internal customers.
As a Purchasing Specialist youll play a key role in ensuring our operations have the materials services and supplies needed to succeed. Responsibilities include:
- Purchasing materials supplies services and MRO (Maintenance Repair & Operating) items
- Creating and managing purchase orders
- Monitoring supplier performance pricing quality and delivery timelines
- Working with vendors and internal stakeholders from request through delivery
- Tracking orders and resolving discrepancies
- Processing and reconciling invoices
- Supporting vendor setup and maintenance
- Managing warranty claims and returned products
- Reconciling purchasing card transactions
- Utilizing SAP and procurement systems to support purchasing decisions
This role provides exposure to both procurement and finance-related processes making it a great fit for candidates interested in supply chain purchasing accounting or business operations.

- Previous purchasing buying or procurement experience
- SAP experience
- Experience processing invoices or working with financial transactions
- Manufacturing or warehouse experience
Candidates with purchasing experience are strongly encouraged to apply but we are also interested in students with strong finance accounting or business backgrounds who are eager to learn procurement.
