Job Description
As a member of TGens Purchasing department the Purchasing and Receiving Coordinator will review process and place purchase order requests with established suppliers clarify end-user requirements and communicate order status to internal stakeholders; coordinate daily Receiving by recording inbound packages verifying contents and deploying to end-users; manage supply room inventory. Will process returns as needed research and correct invoice discrepancies. The Purchasing and Receiving Coordinator will also participate in projects and other department activities as assigned.
- Purchase order / Receiving processes and all related activity.
- Invoice discrepancy research and correction.
- Reports Issue investigation end-user relationships.
- Training personal development other duties as assigned.

- Associates Degree and 1 years of Purchasing and Receiving/Shipping Experience or equivalent combination of experience
- Proficient computer skills experience with Oracle SAP or other ERP software
- Knowledge in data tracking and Microsoft Excel
- Must be available for 8 hours during business hours of 8am-6pm Monday Friday 40 hours/week
