Public Relations Associate

• Assist with public-facing outreach and relationship-building initiatives.
• Communicate company information and approved messaging to customers and other audiences.
• Support the preparation and organization of informational materials and public-facing resources.
• Help coordinate promotional appearances community activities and company events.
• Respond to general inquiries professionally and direct specialized questions to the appropriate team.
• Maintain organized records of outreach activities contacts and relevant feedback.
• Gather audience responses and share insights with colleagues.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure communications remain accurate and consistent.
