Position Overview
The Public Area Supervisor oversees public area cleaning teams to ensure resort-level cleanliness staffing coverage and service standards across all guest-facing spaces.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and direct public area attendants across lobbies corridors restrooms and common spaces
- Conduct daily inspections to ensure cleanliness meets brand and TSC standards
- Assign tasks monitor attendance and coach team members in real time
- Coordinate with front desk and housekeeping to respond to guest requests
- Maintain supply inventory and submit replenishment requests
- Complete shift reports and escalate any facility issues promptly
Qualifications
- Prior experience in housekeeping janitorial or public area operations required
- Previous supervisory or lead experience preferred
- Strong communication and team leadership skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
