About the Role

We are currently seeking a self-motivated results-oriented RETAIL CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE/CASHIER. In this role youll engage with customers support day-to-day store operations contribute to team success and help create a welcoming efficient environment. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people thrives in a fast-paced setting and is passionate about making a positive impact every day.

The salary range is $16.50 - $22.50 (With Commission)

Part Time Hours: 10-15 Hours Per Week (Saturday Sunday Availability Required)

What Youll Do

• Deliver exceptional customer service at the point of sale ensuring a smooth checkout experience and fostering customer loyalty
• Ensure that customer service standards are met and that difficult customer situations are handled courteously and professionally
• Maintain a clean organized and well-stocked department through replenishment cycle counts and merchandising support
• Recommend and sell appropriate service plans
• Assist with store opening and closing procedures
• Support overall store operations by promoting loss prevention awareness assisting with basic office functions and helping prepare for physical inventory
• Adhere to operational policies and procedures to meet company standards
• Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned

What Were Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Strong customer service mindset with a genuine interest in creating positive customer experiences
• Effective communication skills and the ability to assist multiple customers in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible availability including early mornings evenings weekends and holidays

• Ability to stand and walk throughout the store for the duration of each shift
• Requires frequent manual lifting and carrying of objects up to 10 lbs and occasional manual lifting of 1175 lbs (and rarely up to 100 lbs) to load unload and shelf products
• Requires the frequent use of manual tools including dollies and carts alongside repetitive keyboard operation
