Job Summary
- Process and deliver customer orders using web-based application.
- Receive cash payments and make accurate change.
- Provide exceptional customer service by phone text and in person during deliveries.
- Develop and maintain rapport with members customers and staff.
- Ensure member concerns and/or questions are solved and answered promptly and efficiently and communicate member requests and/or issues to a Dispensary Supervisor.
- Ensure strict controls to protect organization assets at the direction of management.
- Obey all traffic laws and operate vehicles in a safe and legal manner.
- Complete Daily pre-shift Safety Checklists on vehicle.
- Maintain a positive work environment conducive to trust and respect.
- Maintain strictest confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA guidelines.
- During down time between deliveries assist Dispensary staff with inventory organizing back stock cleaning updating websites and online menus and other tasks as assigned.
- Available to work varied hours/days including nights weekends holidays and/or events.
- Ability to adhere to the highest customer service standards always.
- Ability to communicate clearly honestly and effectively with customers and staff in all situations.
- Personal knowledge of the effects of cannabis on self and others.
- Strong problem solving customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to dispense cannabis products accurately and efficiently.
- Strong math skills for use of apps Point of Sale (POS) system and cash handling.
- Ability to maintain high standards in a fast-paced constantly evolving environment.
- Must possess a high degree of personal ownership and accountability.
- Must have a high level of organization patience and flexibility.
- Ability to adapt to a changing industry and growing organization.
- Maintain a valid drivers license for at least 2 years valid car insurance showing that youre covered to use your vehicle for work and car registration at all times.
- Must have a reliable vehicle no more than 15 years old and a clean driving history specifically no more than one moving violation or at-fault non major accident in the last year and no more than 2 in the last three years and no major violations in the last 5 years.
- This is a NON-MEDICATING/NON-CANNABIS CONSUMPTION position. At no time during any shift may a driver be under the influence of cannabis or any other controlled substance. That means cannabis may not be used before starting during worked hours or during any breaks or meal periods.
- Failure to comply may result in serious legal financial and professional consequences.

Precise knowledge on strains genetics cultivation techniques and effects of cannabis preferred. EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE: Three years of related experience required five or more preferred. Cash handling experience and Point of Sale (POS) system experience required. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Google Docs Gmail and Treez. Experience in the cannabis industry is highly desirable. Must be 21 years old and submit to a background check. CERTIFICATES/LICENSES: None. TYPICAL PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Work may require prolonged sitting some bending stooping and stretching. Requires eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity sufficient to operate a cash register credit card machine photocopier telephone calculator and other office equipment. Requires normal range of hearing. Requires close vision with the ability to see color and adjust focus. Occasionally requires lifting up to 50 pounds. TYPICAL WORKING CONDITIONS: Work is performed in a busy cannabis dispensary. The dispensary area is very loud due to fans and filtration systems fluctuating between extreme cold and hot temperatures. Involves frequent contact with staff and the public. Work may be stressful at times and may include dealing with law enforcement and/or difficult members. Must be available to work varied hours/days including nights weekends holidays and/or events.
