Are you ready to step into a leadership role where your work directly shapes recovery outcomes for the people who need it most As our Psychosocial Coordinator youll run the day-to-day operations of a community residential rehabilitation program supervising a dedicated team guiding clients toward recovery and making sure every service delivered meets the highest standards of care.

Lead the Program
- Own the day-to-day success of your psychosocial program from staffing to service quality
- Provide hands-on supervision and coaching to your team individually and in groups
- Step in with direct client services whenever the program needs you
- Be the point person your staff can count on including 24-hour availability for emergencies
- Support fellow programs with backup supervision when needed
Champion Client Recovery
- Ensure every service reflects recovery-oriented culturally competent best practices
- Connect clients and staff with the community resources that make recovery possible
- Recognize when a client needs a higher level of care and make the call promptly
Keep the Program Running Strong
- Manage staffing documentation billing and re-authorizations with precision and speed
- Partner with Accounting to resolve billing issues quickly
- Keep spending on track and minimize unnecessary costs
- Maintain equipment and facilities flagging repairs or replacements early
- Ensure full compliance with licensing standards contracts and agency policy
Drive Continuous Improvement
- Partner with your supervisor to shape the programs annual plan
- Track performance improvement indicators census and outcome data
- Run regular staff meetings that turn insight into action
- Report incidents promptly and transparently
- Represent the agency professionally with payers community partners and at interagency meetings
- Respond quickly and thoughtfully to client complaints or grievances
- Handle HR-approved disciplinary actions in line with agency policy
- Education: Bachelors degree in a behavioral health discipline
- Licensure/Certifications: None required
- Clearances: Pennsylvania Child Abuse Clearance Criminal Clearance and Fingerprint-based federal criminal history; valid Drivers License; not listed on any Medicaid/Medicare Exclusion list
Additional relevant experience and/or education may be considered in place of the above at the Personnel Officers discretion.
