PAY: $250.00

LOCATION: VA Medical Center HamptonVA. 100 Emancipation Dr. Hampton VA 23667
SCHEDULE: 40 hours per week 8 hours per day MondayFriday as needed between 8:00AM4:00PM.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must possess a current and valid medical license to practice medicine in any state with no activity.
• Must have graduated from an American Medical Association approved school of medicine with a doctors degree in medicine.
• Must be board certified/board eligible.
• Must be Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certified in accordance with the American Heart Association or American Red Cross.

JOB DUTIES: Shall be responsible for but is not limited to:

• Admitting.
• Diagnosis of patients.
• Developing treatment plans.
• Managing including the performance of timely treatment.
• Discharge/transfer.
• Including all needed medical record documentation.
• Outpatient care.
• Seeing all new patient referrals with accompanying medical records.
• Seeing severely mental ill patients.
• Evaluation disposition E-consult.
• Post-discharged follow up.
