Job Summary

We are engaging Bilingual Indonesian Psychiatrists to contribute professional expertise to a customer-focused project. Youll apply your psychiatric and bilingual expertise to help train and evaluate next-generation AI systems through high-quality real-world input. No prior AI experience is requiredyour clinical and domain expertise is what matters.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and evaluate complex psychiatric case studies for AI model training using realistic and culturally nuanced scenarios.
  • Conduct psychiatric assessments and provide expert annotations reflecting Indonesian psychiatric practices and perspectives.
  • Prepare clear and precise documentation and written analyses in both Indonesian and English.
  • Ensure psychiatric content maintains appropriate cultural and clinical context.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary AI project teams and provide expert insights into psychiatric concepts.
  • Apply ethical decision-making when reviewing and evaluating sensitive psychiatric content.
  • Maintain appropriate confidentiality and professional standards when handling sensitive information.
  • Contribute to bilingual communication frameworks for accurate psychiatric information exchange.
  • Provide expert feedback on AI analytical evaluation methods in mental health contexts.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Medical degree (MD MBBS or equivalent) with completed psychiatry residency and a valid medical license.
  • Native fluency in Indonesian and advanced proficiency in English including written and verbal communication.
  • Extensive experience in psychiatric assessment treatment planning and case documentation within Indonesian clinical settings.
  • Strong understanding of cultural sensitivity and ethical reasoning in complex mental health scenarios.
  • Experience developing teaching materials or case studies for educational or research purposes.
  • Experience collaborating on interdisciplinary projects involving technology research or digital health.
  • Familiarity with both Western and Indonesian psychiatric frameworks.
  • Strong professional integrity and attention to detail.
