We are seeking afull-time (30 hours/week)Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join our growing outpatient group in Orange California with additional locations across the surrounding area for convenient commuting.
This is an opportunity to practice psychiatry your waywith flexibility autonomy and strong clinical support in a modern patient-centered environment.
What Youll Do
- Provide outpatient psychiatric care to adult or child/adolescent populations
- Customize your practice: medication management psychotherapy or a blend
- Set your own pace: determine your preferred caseload and patient volume
- Collaborate with a supportive multidisciplinary team
Compensation & Benefits
- Compensation range of $200000 to $250000 compensation model based on productivity.

Ideal Candidate
- PMHNP certified
- At least 1 year of independent psych Nurse Practitioner experience
- Licensed in California
- DEA license
- Passionate about delivering high-quality outpatient care
