Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Proposal Writer with strong experience in Federal State and Local Government Contracting. This is a temporary-to-hire position located in the Oakley area. The ideal candidate should have a thorough understanding of government procurement requirements and be able to read analyze and develop compliant bid proposals in accordance with solicitation specifications.

Responsibilities:

• Review and interpret federal state and local solicitations.
• Analyze solicitation requirements and specifications.
• Prepare and develop compliant bid and proposal responses.
• Ensure proposals align with government procurement requirements.
• Support the submission of bids in accordance with solicitation guidelines and deadlines.

Qualifications:

• Previous proposal writing experience reviewing interpreting and responding to federal state and local solicitations.
• Strong understanding of government procurement requirements.
• Ability to read analyze and develop compliant bid proposals.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong written communication skills.

Must be able to provide a portfolio of companies you have created bids for.
