What Youll Do

• Own fulfillment tasks for vendor and client submissions making sure every order is handled quickly and accurately
• Stay connected with vendor partners by phone and email tracking progress sharing updates and keeping tasks on schedule
• Assign or reassign vendors based on project quality and turnaround time
• Document actions thoroughly and thoughtfully within our client systems

What You Bring

• Experience in vendor management (mortgage or real estate background is a strong plus)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills clear concise and professional
• A proactive mindset: you dont just complete assigned work you anticipate what needs attention next
• Sharp attention to detail and a real sense of ownership over your work
