We are in the customer service business first. Providing excellent service to our customers owners and vendors is our top priority.
We are seeking someonefull of energy self-driven highly motivated and detail-oriented to help manage our growing portfolio of commercial and residential rental properties.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service to tenants owners and vendors
- Manage commercial and residential rental properties
- Advertise vacancies and successfully fill units
- Enforce lease terms and manage renewals
- Collect rent and maintain accurate records
- Handle tenant concerns maintenance requests and resolutions
- Coordinate oversee and communicate with contractors
- Approve and manage repair orders per lease guidelines
- Ensure properties are secure clean and well-maintained
- Oversee grounds and hired personnel
- Support smooth daily operations and business transactions
Qualifications
- Strong customer service mindset (this is a must)
- Self-motivated with a high level of energy and initiative
- Organized detail-oriented and dependable
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Professional communication skills (written and verbal)
- Desire to grow with the company
