Cafaro is looking for a Property Manager at Kentucky Oaks Mall to serve as the primary liaison between the company and tenants overseeing all physical aspects of the property. As the face of the company the Property Manager will represent the company with professionalism and integrity while demonstrating the companys Core Values. The ideal candidate will be project-oriented maintain strong tenant relationships and excel in organization and multitasking. A solid understanding of commercial real estate finances construction landscaping and property maintenance is required.
