Position: Real Estate Practice Reviewer
Type: Contract
Compensation: $55$60/hour
Location: Remote

Role Responsibilities

• Evaluate the accuracy and depth of AI-generated content in real estate to strengthen reasoning and rigor in model outputs.
• Review complex real estate tasks for alignment with domain principles and methodologies.
• Provide clear structured feedback to AI research teams to improve training data quality and downstream performance.
• Develop evaluation rubrics and benchmarks for assessing AI-generated real estate tasks and solutions.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure consistency relevance and coverage across datasets.
• Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines while improving AI model performance.

Qualifications

Must-Have

• Real Estate Sales Agents: Active US state license 4 years closing your own transactions.
• Property and Community Association Managers: 4 years managing real portfolios or HOAs including their budgets and reserves.
• Real Estate Brokers: Active broker license 5 years supervising agents and carrying compliance responsibility.
• Counter and Rental Clerks: 3 years in equipment vehicle or property rental handling agreements deposits and damage claims.
• Near-native business English proficiency.
• Comfort with spreadsheets or PDFs for reconciliation.
