- Shift / Schedule: 8:00 AM 5:00 PM MondayFriday

As a Property Management Specialist you will provide routine services for a variety of departmental and financial activities. The role supports the management of commercial properties by assisting with tenant relations property operations vendor coordination financial processes reporting and property inspections. The role helps ensure buildings are well maintained tenants receive quality service and financial and operational tasks are completed accurately and on time.
- Support the day-to-day management of commercial properties.
- Serve as a point of contact for tenants and assist with tenant relations.
- Coordinate vendors maintenance activities and building operations.
- Assist with financial processes including invoicing budgeting and reporting.
- Prepare property reports and maintain accurate records.
- Conduct property inspections and help ensure compliance with site standards.
- Monitor service requests and support issue resolution.
- Help ensure properties are well maintained and deliver a positive tenant experience.
- Strong communication skills

- Basic financial knowledge
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Bachelors degree required
- 12 years of related experience
