Property Maintenance Technician

This role isresponsible for the upkeep maintenance and general condition of the Ambassador Housing Village property. Youll ensure that our Ambassador Residents have the best quality residential experience possible by ensuring all amenities are in proper working order and in good repair. You will:

• Preventative maintenance; cleaning prepping and servicing equipment
• Maintenance and repair requests for plumbing HVAC Electrical and Carpentry
• Renovation projects; repairing or replacing equipment or structures
• Maintaining a clean and organized work environment
• Performing inventory on equipment and supplies
• Cooperating with contractors

What it takes to succeed:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid Drivers License
• Ability to meet company driving guidelines
• Knowledge of Plumbing HVAC Electrical and Carpentry
• At least five years of maintenance experience
• Previous experience as a Hotel Engineer or Chief Engineer preferred

What else is important:

• Must be able to lift push pull and/or carry up to 70 lbs.
• Position engages in extensive walking and standing throughout entire work shift and climb/ascend heights if needed
• Perform the following physical activities: kneeling squatting bend floor-to waist/waist-to-overhead reach overhead simple grasp and fine hand manipulation tasks (use of tools/keyboard/writing)
• Must be able to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather to include extreme heat. Position may be exposed to fumes dust odors and cold/heat temperature extremes
• Perform cleaning duties including use of cleaning chemicals
• Work a flexible schedule/hour based on business need to include opening mid- and closing shifts nights weekends and holidays
• Must be flexible in work locations as placement will depend on business needs and career development opportunities

Compensation: 19.50 USD
