WHO YOU ARE
You are an experienced Community Service Technician with at least one (1) year of property maintenance or related experience and a passion for delivering excellent customer service. Because you interact daily with residents you take pride in creating a positive experience while maintaining the quality and safety of the community.
You enjoy solving problems working with your hands and being a part of a team that supports each other and takes pride in their work.
WHAT YOULL BE DOING
- Complete service requests in a timely and professional manner
- Perform general repair and maintenance services
- Maintain safe conditions and strong curb appeal throughout the property
- Deliver the highest level of service to residents and guests
- Help optimize the life and value of the communitys physical assets
WHAT YOU NEED
- At least one (1) year of property maintenance or related experience
- Basic knowledge of plumbing electrical and general repairs
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Possession of - or ability to acquire - commonly used tools such as channel locks plumbing tools electric drill drywall knives and mud knives
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in indoor/outdoor environments
- Reliable transportation valid drivers license and motor vehicle insurance
