Newbury Living Full-Time Exempt

Ready to take your leadership to the next level Newbury Living is looking for a driven detail-oriented professional with 5 years property management experience and prior regional or multi-site experience preferred in the Denver or Colorado area.

Must be a self-motivated leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

In this high-impact role youll:

• Oversee approximately 400 units across multiple Denver communities
• Develop and execute strategies to increase occupancy and leasing performance
• Improve resident retention satisfaction and engagement
• Monitor leasing activity traffic pricing renewals and delinquency
• Identify operational challenges and develop solutions
• Maintain strong curb appeal and property standards

Were looking for someone who is:

• A strong leader with excellent communication and organizational skills
• A strategic thinker who can balance big-picture goals with day-to-day operational excellence.
• Is familiar with the Denver metro apartment market
• Experienced with RealPage and/or Appfolio software platforms
• Has a passion for leasing resident retention and team development
• Passionate about making a difference in communities
• Experience with affordable housing tax credit or mixed-income is a plus.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
