Job Description:
- We are seeking a Program Manager to drive cross-functional coordination across events field enablement analyst relations and partner engagement ensuring execution of strategic programs that span multiple teams and stakeholders.
- In this role you will own end-to-end program scheduling content quality and stakeholder alignment across marketing sales and product organizations to deliver high-impact customer-facing experiences.
- The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments and brings a proven track record of managing complex multi-workstream programs that require strong communication organizational rigor and the ability to influence.
Role Overview:
- Brief summary of the position focusing on cross-functional coordination across AI initiatives enablement analyst relations and events
Key Responsibilities:
- AI League program coordination (events account teams sales organization)
- Sales organization & partner enablement (webinar series customer stories demos office hours)
- Analyst relations coordination (briefing materials for Gartner etc.)
- Event session coordination (content quality technical depth message consistency)
Basic Qualifications:
- Program management experience managing across teams managing timelines managing escalations and ensuring all work products completed on time.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Stakeholder management event coordination experience
Top 3 Must Have Hard Skills:
- Project management skills and Organizational skill to work across teams
- Someone strong in Excel
- Asana and experience with AI tools
Nice to haves:
- Preferred to have a PMP certification
