Position: Project/Program Manager II
Location: Bellevue WA 98004
Duration: 5 Months

Pay range : $60.00 - $64.00/hr
Job Description:
- Responsible for the coordination and completion of project/program.
- Oversees all aspects of projects. Sets deadlines assigns responsibilities and monitors and summarizes progress of project/program.
- Prepares reports for upper management regarding status of project/program.
- May require a bachelors degree and 4-7 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
- Familiar with a variety of the fields concepts practices and procedures.
- Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
- Performs a variety of tasks.
- Leads and directs the work of others.
- A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
- Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department.
Purpose of the Team and key projects:
- Get the funding plans for NA work with stakeholders finance start-up funding construction to understand the estimates of the building design funding should be able to understand cost inputs templates schedules forecasting understanding how much money comes next
Top 3 Must Have Hard Skills:
- PMP OR 5 years exp
- Juggling schedules
- LARGE Company exp no small business
Nice to haves:
- Former employee experience
- Not a tek role fulfillment centers (warehouses)
Leadership Principles:
- Bias for action- Taking calculated risks and move forward
- Earns trust
Disqualifies:
- No projects experience They need schedule exp
Performance Indicators:
- Cars and getting cars approved as it goes to L8s and the (Capital appropriation requests)
Degree/ Certification Requirements:
- PMP
