Floor Care/Project Technician Overview: Complete ongoing projects for guest rooms and public areas. Responsibilites: include the following:Deep Clean public areas bathrooms bedrooms living rooms and patios where all VIP rooms and/or VIP areas. Shampoo/carpet cleaning. Have the ability to operate and maintain floor cleaning machinery effectively and movement as needed. Coordinates with manager for pending damaged furniture and fixtures. Floor care: marble wood and tile as well as cement maintenance to include use of buffer machines and pressure washing machines.
